I initially had a fantastic experience with myprize which made me excited to engage more. The platform's RTP (Return to Player) was impressively high, payouts were instant via crypto with no issues, and the rewards system felt generous and engaging. It was easy to get started, and the early wins kept me coming back.
However, as I climbed the VIP ranks and reached the Apprentice level (which is supposedly one of the highest), things took a sharp turn for the worse. Despite the platform's promises that higher ranks would mean more rewards, I found the opposite to be true. Rewards were drastically cut back, and I ended up having to beg and plead for anything worthwhile. Their VIP hosts on Telegram are a major headache— I was assigned multiple hosts (up to five at times), and they constantly switch, leading to confusion. One host might tell me one thing, only for another to contradict it entirely.
I raised concerns with support, providing screenshots of my activity to show my play history, but they barely responded and kept repeating the same line: "You need to play more." Even when I deposited and played more, they ignored my evidence and just looped me back to the VIP hosts without resolving anything. It feels like they're gatekeeping rewards or not honoring their own system. Overall, this has left me feeling undervalued and frustrated.
Would I recommend myprize Not at this stage—it's great for beginners, but the VIP experience falls short. If they improve their communication and reward consistency, it could be a winner again.
I have been a loyal MyPrize player for a long time and have wagered well over 1 million sweepstakes coins on this platform. As a VIP member, I am supposed to have a dedicated host and access to private support.
Over the past two days, I have repeatedly tried to contact my host and have received no response. Instead, I keep getting messages from assistants who are unable or unwilling to help. I have also contacted private support and have been ignored for hours.
Today alone, I made over $200 in purchases and requested the FreePlay that I regularly receive when I have significant losses. Despite my activity, I was told there is “nothing available” on my account, which does not match my past experience or loyalty.
What is most frustrating is the lack of communication. I sent multiple messages and was ignored for over six hours. Occasionally someone would respond with a short, dismissive message, but no real help was provided.
Normally, support is responsive, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Being treated this way after spending so much time and money on this platform feels disrespectful and unprofessional.
VIP players should not have to beg for communication or basic support. At this point, I am seriously reconsidering continuing to play here.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how loyal players are treated.
This is my number one site to play at, almost daily. They have been adding new providers the last few weeks so the selection of games is really nice. They give daily, weekly and monthly bonuses plus offer rackback which is really cool to get. Unlike almost all other sites they allow you to purchase any amount you'd like as long as it's over $1 and still give some special packages occasionally. Any time I win enough for a redemption it takes about 30 seconds from start to finish and its in my bank account. They offer all kinds of contests and "races" in which you can win some big prizes all though I've not really participated in many of them. And if I have any issue the people assigned to help work things out are always very helpful and quick to resolve your problem. Like I said, MyPrize is my go to gaming site and probably won't change any time soon.

Would be perfect 5 if it wasn’t for the agent that goes by GlamGambler, and one other one. They are two very DISHONEST people and atrocious at customer service. The rest of the customer service team is great though.

Edit: not even 24 hrs later I bought a $2 package on myprize because I only had $2 in my acct and somehow (wild hot chillis by red tiger was what did it for me!) turned it into another 100sc instant redeem to my bank! MyPrize has just replaced Legendz/Chanced/Punt on my top instant redeem sites to play on, I know I won't always win but the vast assortment of game providers, vip perks, promo deals, and lightening speed redemptions are well worth investing in as opposed to sites like Legendz and chanced where there are virtually zero vip perks despite losing over 20k on each site...time to leave those greedy deceptive companies in the dust and get on board with a company that at least rewards player/customer loyalty. The customer service and the way they care for you and are willing to help no matter what is amazing better than any other site ive dealt with. If you get invited to their discord they are not shy about giving bonus spins or vouchers to play. Great overall site for your gambling needs.
So far I’ve had mostly great experiences with these people. Theres been a few losing streaks, but eventually it always seems to turn around to where I decently win. There isn’t any live support unless you become VIP and are invited to the discord, but once you are, they are very responsive. They also give weekly and monthly bonus, and if your on a losing streak, they will give you a free 5, 10, 20, even 50 sc for free depending on your previous activity

Sorry I neglected to update sooner, sometimes one forgets what he does/says. I have since recieved a holiday promotion & went to the roulette table, won, & was able to redeem a gift card. redemption was fast. Sorry again for not realizing I'd made an outdated review & thank you for the good times!
