I have been a loyal MyPrize player for a long time and have wagered well over 1 million sweepstakes coins on this platform. As a VIP member, I am supposed to have a dedicated host and access to private support.
Over the past two days, I have repeatedly tried to contact my host and have received no response. Instead, I keep getting messages from assistants who are unable or unwilling to help. I have also contacted private support and have been ignored for hours.
Today alone, I made over $200 in purchases and requested the FreePlay that I regularly receive when I have significant losses. Despite my activity, I was told there is “nothing available” on my account, which does not match my past experience or loyalty.
What is most frustrating is the lack of communication. I sent multiple messages and was ignored for over six hours. Occasionally someone would respond with a short, dismissive message, but no real help was provided.
Normally, support is responsive, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Being treated this way after spending so much time and money on this platform feels disrespectful and unprofessional.
VIP players should not have to beg for communication or basic support. At this point, I am seriously reconsidering continuing to play here.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how loyal players are treated.
