We are staying in Hill House Apartments, 124 Pentonville Road, N1 9FH, Greater London, United Kingdom which is managed My property host and we are more than disappointed with the property given the high price and so called promised "amenities" 1. I have had to call several times about TVs and no-one has sent anyone over even though they are aware of the problem as none of the TVs are working. 2. The couch and table have burn spots, and it's not clean. On top of this being a non-smoking flat we found a pile of cigarettes in an ash try on the balcony3. The coffee machine was full of rubbish.4. The balcony lamp was broken, with glass shattered on the floor and still on the second day of our stay no one has cleaned it up even though there is shattered glass all over the balcony. 5. It seems the property was not properly cleaned and messy once we arrived even when paying 100 pounds for cleaning. 6. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes on the street in order to check in. 7. The bed in one room is missing the support under the mattress, and it's full of construction dust and some powder. This leaves a long gap and is a safety hazard when you get up.This is extremely uncalled for, and we do not appreciate the false advertising for this property and we are extremely disappointed with the apartment and the customer service.
