Absolutely terrible service from the disgusting property to the lack of communication. We rented a property for a weekend to attend a wedding. The property had no hot water or heating. It was cold and damp and full of mould. The company did nothing!! Ignored emails and messages. They Were rude and unhelpful on the phone. Left early and as they ruined our weekend. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

My experience staying here for 14 days was good because of Adam Dobson, the block manager. He gave me a warm welcome, listened to my requests, and gave me a room according to my preferences, near the green, peaceful side of the building. He managed everything well and quickly.
I had a wonderful stay hosted by these guys. A charming little flat in Ipswich. The building itself wasn’t too inviting but the flat itself made me forget all about that. Well equipped and a very comfortable bed, I almost didn’t want to leave!
