A long stay at "My Property Host" site Derby.I would say my experience in Derby is particularly impressive, but this is more because of the exceptional help from the staffs, especially Amy and Kim. On the first day when I checked-in, my room was a lack of an iron, but Kim still passed that to me after 7pm on Sunday. Later, the Wifi got some problem and made me unable to go on to the internet, Amy been really helpful to provide me with different solutions and got on to the wifi again while the main one got some problem.I understand everything is impossible to be perfect, but I highly appreciated how the staffs are engaged to resolve the problem. If I have to rate this place, its newness, location and accessibility are definitely perfect. The only area that could make improvement is the cleanliness. On the first day when I arrived the flat, it was average "OK", but and then when I was tidying up my belongings, I found some hair, dust and food crumbs on the floor. I had to do a proper clean by myself again, as if you require cleaning service, change of towel and linen, they would charge additionally. Therefore, I tried to clean by myself as I had a long stay here. However, except the average cleaning quality, overall is still a good experience.
