Coming from South Africa, tired and jet legged we were warmly received and assisted accordingly. The suite was very spacious, clean and warm with heaters on, since it was cold and raining on our arrival in the UK.Place is very secure and safe. Suggestion though is to put more garbage bin plastics and toilet paper for longer stays.
