Filthy Apartment, Disgusting Building & Terrible Customer Support262 Bradford Street, B12 0AL Birmingham, United KingdomFloor: 4, Apt.: 1117Stayed: 28 March 2025 - 1 April 2025I booked this apartment through Booking.com, and it was an absolute nightmare.The apartment was filthy—there were traces of feces in the toilet, mold covering the ventilation grilles, a yellow-stained wall behind the sink, and a horrible smell throughout. The sofa and pillows reeked of sweat, the kitchen utensils were low-quality, and to top it off, I even found women’s underwear inside the sofa—absolutely disgusting! The bathroom door handle was ripped out, the flooring was soft and uneven, and the windows were filthy.The building itself is just as terrible. The car park and rubbish area are infested with rats, and the entire building stinks due to garbage abandoned everywhere. The hallway carpets are stained and reek of old trash, and to make matters worse, management had already reported past rat infestations inside the building! The elevators are vandalized, and the whole place feels unsafe and completely neglected.Adding to the frustration, customer support was completely useless. Despite countless calls and emails, I received no real help. I had to go out, buy my own cleaning products, and clean the apartment myself—while still being charged a cleaning fee for a service that was never provided! My refund request was ignored, which is unacceptable.This place is a health hazard, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. Avoid at all costs!
