This is to formally raise a grievance regarding my order, which has not been delivered to me till date, yet your website and system incorrectly mark the order status as “Delivered.”This is unacceptable and misleading. Claiming delivery without actual fulfillment reflects a serious breakdown in accountability, logistics, and customer trust. What makes this worse is the complete lack of effective customer support in India—no clear resolution, no ownership, and no timely response despite multiple follow-ups.Customers should not be forced to chase answers for a mistake that lies entirely with your operations and delivery management. A brand of Myprotein’s scale should be ashamed of allowing such failures while continuing to market aggressively in India.I expect an immediate clarification, proof of delivery, or a full resolution (redelivery/refund) without further delay. Continued negligence will leave customers with no choice but to escalate this through appropriate consumer grievance channels.

It's unacceptable that I, as a customer, have to suffer repeatedly due to your inefficiencies.If you're unable to provide reliable service to customers in our region, I suggest you consider restricting your services or improving your logistics. Continuing to accept orders without fulfilling them is not only frustrating but also unacceptable.I demand a resolution to these issues and expect a more reliable service moving forward. Until then, I'll be forced to share my disappointing experiences with others and explore alternative options.
