First order, I entered the promo code which h initially appeared to be applied but after I paid it disappeared. I also qualified for 12 free protein bars as I spent over a certain amount. The order arrived without them. You can only message, they don't respond promptly, and just repeat the same thing. Utterly useless, I received the items I ordered when they were meant to be delivered, but I won't be using them again and asked to have my account deleted cos I can't trust any company that can't get the basics right, judging by some other reviews here, I was lucky.
