Review Time
As a Myprotein customer, I feel undervalued. I recently discovered that their voucher codes can be somewhat misleading, and the customer service seemed impersonal, almost like an AI, lacking empathy when I was struggling to understand the details of an offer. It seems that additional training for customer service representatives on how to communicate effectively and demonstrate understanding could be beneficial. After all, we can't always know if someone has a disability or other circumstances that might affect their comprehension of certain information.
Prompt next day free delivery, with discounts available. Trying chocolate & unflavoured whey isolates which are easy to mix with food & drinks & taken after exercise but only 10 days in. Recommended this product.
I used to be a big fan of myprotein around 5/6 years ago when they were one of the most affordable and high quality protein suppliers. I believe the quality is still great but the prices of their products are significantly higher than their competitors these days and they are no longer the best value option. Other companies sell whey isolate for around $70AUD/kg while myprotein sell for $119/kg. Any edge they have in quality is sevrely outweighed by the hefty price. This is now a premium/luxury product instead of an affordable protein option.
I find the discounts they offer very confusing and the free gifts (eg Rise Coffee), typically lock you into a subscription which are more difficult to get out of than Alcatraz!
Ordered a large...which is normally okay but they were massive! Had to pay to return them and waiting for a refund days now...before I can attempt ordering a medium...dare I risk it?

Every single time I am making an order,always is been delivered on time.The service is excellent,very quick dispatch,good packaging and always updated regarding my order.

First order, I entered the promo code which h initially appeared to be applied but after I paid it disappeared. I also qualified for 12 free protein bars as I spent over a certain amount. The order arrived without them. You can only message, they don't respond promptly, and just repeat the same thing. Utterly useless, I received the items I ordered when they were meant to be delivered, but I won't be using them again and asked to have my account deleted cos I can't trust any company that can't get the basics right, judging by some other reviews here, I was lucky.
I'm very new to using protein powder as part of my GLP-1 journey. I bought a whey protein variety pack to try different flavours. So far I have had mint chocolate with water and mocha with almond milk, both were good flavours.
I will try the clear protein variety pack next.
The website was easy to use and the delivery was good, both in cost and timing.
This is so much better than YFood meal replacement powder, which smells bad and tastes wierd
This tastes natural and has no horrible smell to it, making it actually enjoyable to drink
