As a Myprotein customer, I feel undervalued. I recently discovered that their voucher codes can be somewhat misleading, and the customer service seemed impersonal, almost like an AI, lacking empathy when I was struggling to understand the details of an offer. It seems that additional training for customer service representatives on how to communicate effectively and demonstrate understanding could be beneficial. After all, we can't always know if someone has a disability or other circumstances that might affect their comprehension of certain information.
