Me and my boyfriend received a damaged parcel with protein powder full of clumps and with a strange, unpleasant taste. We immediately contacted customer service, provided clear photos of the parcel and the product, and asked for a proper solution. Instead of taking responsibility, we were told there is “no problem” with the product.We even offered to return the item so they could check it themselves, but they completely ignored us. Finally, they closed our case without any real follow-up. This is absolutely unacceptable.We just wasted 500 DKK on a protein powder that cannot be used. No refund, no replacement, not even proper communication. This company clearly does not care about product quality or their customers. We will never buy from them again, and we strongly advise others to stay away.
