I accidently order a wrong product while they had 2for1 offer. I didn't realise it was wrong before I opened the product. I contacted the customer service to ask for a return and a refund but after 6 days of waiting I haven't got an answer. It seems like they are ignoring my questions now. They have replied to my messages but they keep telling me how to return the product - not how much I get refunded or if they can send me a new product.
I have been a customer for 20 years but I think this was the last purchase.

I made an error in the order of this product and requested that you amend the order to correct it within 5 minutes of placing the order. Despite this you told me that you cannot amend the order ‘because you have already dispatched it’. This I don’t accept given that the order was amended immediately. Really poor service. Won’t order from you in future. Update: Response to your reply below: You haven't 'resolved' anything. You have simply comfirmed that you won't amend or cancel an order once it has been placed 'due to this entering the dispatch process'. The only option is to wait until the order is delivered and then have the hassle of returning it - at my own expense. In what way is this a 'resolution'? As stated, I contacted you within five minutes of placing the order and the order was placed late at night. There is no way it had 'entered the dispatch process' at the time I requested amendment. It is simply really poor customer service.
