I have been a loyal customer of Mypure for some time, but this is now the second occasion where my order has arrived more than a week late, despite paying for 48-hour delivery. When I contacted customer service, I did not receive an apology, instead, responsibility was attributed to Royal Mail. The response I received essentially advised me to sit and wait, which I found disappointing and really unhelpful. Given this experience, I am considering taking my business elsewhere.
