I’d give 0 if I could. Last May they sent my order and the garment had a fault in construction. For almost a year I’ve been emailing back and forth trying to get resolution. I’ve never experienced anything like it. A total lack of care and respect for customer experience. I’m feel I’ve been robbed if over $400. I’ve asked for either a refund or a replacement and it’s gotten nowhere after almost a year. I also think this cluster of recent 5 star reviews on here are fake. There’s no way.
