The story: I hadn't ordered from Myrah since around 2020, so out of curiosity, I googled reviews and was shocked to find these negative reviews on Trust Pilot as I had zero issues with my first order. Having already placed my second order, I figured I'd wait and see what happened. Myrah's team immediately sent an email sharing how long it may take to get my pieces. This wasn't a need for me; it was a want, so I didn't mind a long wait. Even so, my beautiful dress arrived in less than two weeks - from Bali to the southeastern US. I sympathize with those who have had issues with their order and hope they are resolved. However, as a small business owner myself, I feel compelled to leave a review sharing how wonderful my experience was and how much I love Myrah's clothes. They are the absolute essence of womanhood and femininity. If you need something delivered tomorrow, check Amazon. If you want something ethically made and you'll keep for years if not a lifetime, buy from Myrah Penaloza.
