If I could give less than a 1 star I would. There is no customer service! Called at least 5 times, on hold and then dumped out. I have string of emails with broken promises to refund my return from Feb 23, 2026 and still waiting. Now they are advising to wait another 2 weeks! Even though my case was reportedly escalated. Escalated where? This has been the worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time.
