He was the only customer representative that would send me a confirmation email and not give me a hard time about receiving my credit. The credit was promised over a month ago and I had to call in 3 times to get it.
Adam’s customer service was outstanding today! He listened and understood my concerns and took immediate action to help me. It was quite obvious that Adam has been highly trained to help customers and operate the system efficiently and professionally. I appreciate Adam’s expertise and help today. Your company is blessed to have Adam as an employee.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!!! They charge you hidden fees ( membership) that is not mentioned when you order, ) I paid extra for faster shipping and have not even received the product but did charged an extra fee for a monthly membership I did NOT ASK FOR. At this point I just want a refund for everything and they will not refund me for the product that I haven’t even received. Shame on this company!! my dad ordered this for my mother, shame on y’all for trying to cheat a disabled veteran who’s on a fixed income shame shame shame!!!!!

Ordered through the company website. There was a very long process of watching stupid videos and having to decline upsales of things I did not want before I could finally place the order.
Shipping took about 3 weeks (from china). The product was nothing special, but so far still works.
Upon checking my bank statements 3 months after the initial purchase, I noticed recurring charges of $40 each month. I did not order anything or subscribe to any service to warrant these charges. Also, did not receive any sort of receipt.
Have yet to successfully contact any customer service agent to get a refund of my stolen money. BEWARE! Do not do business with this company!
Company Review: RejuvaKnee / RejuvaCare
My experience with RejuvaKnee and RejuvaCare was extremely disappointing. I want to share what happened so other customers understand the problems I faced.
First, the advertisement said the product would ship from a U.S. warehouse. This was not true. My order came from China. I also paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping. Even though my card was charged for expedited service, the shipping label showed only standard shipping.
When I contacted the company, they told me not to worry and said I would get my order in 3 to 7 business days. After two weeks, nothing had shipped. They then claimed there was an error in my address. The “error” was simply that the street address line also included the city and ZIP code, even though the next line already had the city and ZIP. This was not a real mistake, but they used it as an excuse.
After that, the package was supposedly put on a boat leaving China. The tracking said it “left the export country,” but three days later it still showed “in transit from China.” Three weeks passed, and I still had no product, even though I paid for a 3–7 day delivery.
Then something even worse happened. The company charged my credit card an extra $43 without my permission. That was the final sign that something was seriously wrong.
I challenged all the charges with my credit card company. I was refunded the $43, and the remaining $203 (which came in two separate charges) is still being reversed.
To be fair, the company did respond quickly to my messages. But they never fixed anything, never shipped the product on time, and added an unauthorized charge. Because of this, I cannot trust them. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
My rejuvacare agent was Anna. I don’t think I have ever had such an informative contact involving a return. Anna was thorough and quite pleasant. I wish every other company and their employees would know how to answer a plethora of questions, as Anna does. Thank You! Sincerely, E.C. Weideman.
Bea is a FANTASTIC customer rep!!! He was extremely helpful and cleared up the problems I had on two orders, and got my new order on the way.
RejuvaCare's service is the best with people like Bea working for them.
He explained everything he was doing and was very polite.
I spoke to a BOT three times, got no help at all. Bea fixed every problem and concern I had.

I ordered a single Rejuvaknee with extension straps for $69.98. The product came but the part that massages and warms up would not stay on for longer than 2 minutes - even after charging overnight. They wanted me to pay for shipping to return it to them. I was very angry and Nia told me instead of a refund she'd send me a replacement. I said I didn't want a replacement when I am already paying to return this. She said no need to return item and no charge for the replacement. I agreed. I received the replacement. Works fine. But I just saw that Rejuvaknee has charged me $42.95 for the replacement (charge is pending on my visa). I'm furious and disgusted by their business practices. I will dispute this! Pay heed and PASS on this product. It's not worth the headache.
WARNING... TOTAL SCAM OPERATION. MANY COMPLAINTS SUBMITTED VIA BBB. WARNING: Please check the Better Business Bureau profile for this company. I highly recommend avoiding them.
12/26/25: I attempted to cancel my order immediately after placing it. I spoke to their Customer Service Agents twice. Both stated the order hadn't "posted," so they could not cancel it. It appears orders only "post" after hours to prevent cancellation.
Follow-up Call: The third time I called, I was automatically transferred to a bot, which then transferred me to a voicemail box that was not receiving messages.
Refusal of Order: I wrote to customer service stating I would refuse the package if it wasn't cancelled. They urged me not to refuse it and promised to initiate a return and refund upon receipt.
The Fraud: I believed them, but they charging me for return shipping and a restocking fee. Furthermore, they signed me up without my consent for a $42 per month membership fee.
I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank as well as the executive resolution team. I will also send complaints to the BBC:
