Ordered on the 15th November for my brothers birthday, still no sign of anything arriving and despite it being dispatched, Royal Mail still just says “we’re expecting it” on the tracking. I have tried to email for updates but have been given the same generic response back, being told to wait and it should arrive soon. Very disappointing and I would not recommend ordering from this company. I understand it says it can take up to 21 business days, however communication could be a lot better perhaps with the option to choose your delivery method to avoid such excessive delays, which is evidently a common complaint.
