Bought a shirt that didn't fit. They answered really quickly. Offered me to keep the shirt and donate it to my local charity, while they'll send a larger size for me. Great communication. I would personally advise people to order 2 sizes higher than your normal, I'm normally a large and X large I could barely fit my head through and it was very tight to wear.
My sister ordered a Thierry Henry Arsenal shirt for my son’s 18th birthday. We sized up, as advised, but it was too big, so we requested a return.
