On 31st July 2025 I received an email from RingGo saying my Residency Status was about to expire.They sent a link to click to renew. The link was wrong. This is the second year they have done this.Also if I don't use RingGo for a month the password on their app drops off. It's a major hassle to reset the password if I don't remember it.
