This App is very poorly designed. I had to use it today in a rail station car park as I was collecting someone and needed to confirm that the first twenty minutes were free. Perhaps inevitably, I was immediately asked to reset my password. No problem, I thought, this should be straight-forward (ha!). It wasn't. The genius designers decided to place the App's 'Next' button on top of my Samsung S21's 'Home' button. When I tried to tap 'Next' I was repeatedly brought to my home screen. I almost used up the entire 20 minute's free time in the car park trying to grapple with this awful App.

Frustrating app with poor usability for parking payments.

This app is extremely frustrating to use for parking payments. It would be much better if there was a guest login option and if it supported payment methods like Apple Pay or Google Pay. Overall, it's poorly designed, and the user experience leaves a lot to be desired!

Dreadful application

The application is terrible

The application is terrible. I can't reset my password or delete and recreate my account. It's laughably poor. I might end up getting a ticket during an appointment because of this unreliable application.

Frustrating permit purchase process

I am attempting to purchase a new resident permit, but it claims I have too many permits when I simply want to extend the ones I currently have for another year. Despite receiving notifications to extend, there's no way to communicate with anyone; I'm just stuck in a loop with the chat bot.

This app seems poorly designed. I constantly receive errors saying something went wrong. This company should be removed from the market due to its incompetence.

This company is utterly ridiculous!

This company is utterly ridiculous! They charge extra for text notifications without proper notification! It's all your fault for having notifications set automatically on the app! But they don't mention additional charges! What a greedy company! Stay away from them!

Unexpected charges for text messages

I didn't realize I was being charged for text messages while trying to get inside in the cold. Parking was £3.90, and I was charged 30p for two text messages and an extra 10p for an unclear charge. I've now figured out how to disable it, but I will avoid their parking facilities when possible. It's misleading and feels like a scam.

Everything about this app and company is subpar. Whether due to intentional design to impose fines or sheer incompetence, the world would be better off if they ceased operations.

Parking software issues persist

Their parking software has been malfunctioning for over two years in a way that makes it unusable for most customers. I submitted a detailed report with video evidence, but they show no interest in fixing or even investigating the issue. Their handling of the situation is quite dismissive.
