Arranged a return through customer service on the 11th January. Item returned at our expense and we've heard nothing since. This is particularly bad for any business but when families are struggling this is actually disgusting. The return was initiated because the sizing of the mother daughter clothing bought as a Christmas gift was completely inaccurate in the first place. Terrible company I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
