Arranged a return through customer service on the 11th January. Item returned at our expense and we've heard nothing since. This is particularly bad for any business but when families are struggling this is actually disgusting. The return was initiated because the sizing of the mother daughter clothing bought as a Christmas gift was completely inaccurate in the first place. Terrible company I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Took over three weeks to arrive. When did arrive my top looked like it had been someone else’s return, no tags, looked like the txt had been badly ironed on, cheap and nasty! Emailed to complain twice - nothing in return- I’d recommend trying another shop.

I wish I’d read the shocking reviews before placing my order.

The service is appalling and then when you complain, it says it’ll take up to three days !!!!!! to respond, but you get no response at all.

They tell customers to expect their order in 5 days and it actually took 25 days. In today’s world of fast fashion, this is just not quick enough to keep up with the completion.

They produced a packing label 6 days before the items were despatched but again were unable to explain this.

And the products were nothing special.

I won’t be shopping with them again.

Delayed delivery and poor communication

I placed an order for multiple items more than a month before Christmas, but they only arrived this week. It was too late. My messages went unanswered, with no acknowledgment whatsoever. I would never use this service again and certainly do not recommend it. The prices are very high for such inadequate service.

Are you serious? Happy New Year from the team... offering 20% off in the new year sale while my Christmas order from December 1st hasn’t been delivered, and I haven’t received any refund or communication. You should be ashamed of this situation—consider reevaluating your marketing strategies!

Disappointing Experience with Customer Service

I purchased a top for my granddaughter but mistakenly ordered the wrong size (my error). I reached out on December 7th to arrange a return and request the correct size, but I'm still waiting for a response. After emailing three more times, it's now been three weeks without any reply! This is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again.

Severe Delays and Poor Quality

My order arrived over a month late, and I received no communication from the company at all. I purchased a jumper and t-shirt in a size for 3-4 years for my 2-year-old, but they fit more like a size for 1-2 years. They ride up like a crop top. The XL adult sizes are also two sizes too small. I've lodged a complaint, but I doubt I'll get a response. The quality is very low, and it appears cheap. You could find something better and more affordable elsewhere! Avoid this, you'll be disappointed!

Completely unacceptable experience.
My delivery took 22 days. I attempted to reach out to cancel the order but received no acknowledgment or response. After 16 days, I tried again to cancel, but still no reply. The items were shipped 11 days after my cancellation request. The process for returning the items is another frustrating issue altogether… Save yourself time and money - STAY AWAY from this service.

Terrible experience, steer clear!

Terrible experience, steer clear! It took them 2 weeks to dispatch my hoodie, and they sent the wrong size. I have been trying to reach out for the past 3 weeks to get the correct size sent, but I'm being ignored. The customer service is appallingly bad! I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
