If I could rate zero stars I would. I purchased the personalized 6 glass Whiskey Decanter set and the personalized Wall Mounted Liquor Dispenser "Bourbon" Barrel. Received someone else's personalized product to start and were sent products that are completely different than what are depicted on their website. When contacting customer service, I was provided another customer's name, phone and mailing address to send shipment to at my own cost. I wasted over a month now trying to resolve my issues getting a replacement for the barrel lid that is a thin piece of wood with cheap vinyl letters. Still with no resolution, mind you. They are a foreign company pretending to be from the US running a "Bait and Switch" scam on unsuspecting consumers. Don't fall for it, read the real reviews, do your own research!
