I ordered an engraved decanter set on November 28,2024 for a Christmas gift. After not receiving it before the holiday I sent numerous emails to the company as well as Pay Pal. And nothing except excuses from the company of its on the way. As of January 1,2025 I still don’t have my order. Also asked for a full refund and still nothing. I would not recommend My Royal Customs company.
