Sent wrong item, didn’t respond to requests for correction.

I ordered a queen hand-carved headboard. I received a full-size. I contacted the company multiple times and received no response as to how to exchange it. I tried to have PayPal resolve the issue and Myrustica responded with a request I send the headboard to POLAND at my expense. After no effort was made on the company’s part to resolve the issue, I filed with Visa- providing all emails and photos. After two months of no response to Visa by Myrustica, Visa credited me the purchase amount and I paid a fine craftsman the same amount as the headboard cost to redo the headboard to make it fit. Now, after no customer service contact for six months, I regularly receive threatening emails from Bogdan. From reading other reviews here, it seems they regularly send wrong items and do not resolve the issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND any purchase from this company. I gave 1 star because the WRONG headboard was beautifully made by someone.
