⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Beautiful craftsmanship and exceptional service!We ordered a custom copper range hood from Rustica House for our Mediterranean-style kitchen, and the result exceeded every expectation. The craftsmanship is outstanding — you can see and feel the hand-hammered texture, and the patina gives the copper a warm, authentic glow that completely transformed our space.Communication was excellent from the start. The team confirmed our dimensions, finish, and insert compatibility before production, and they sent progress updates along the way. The hood arrived securely packaged, on schedule, and in perfect condition. Installation was straightforward thanks to the precise measurements.It’s rare to find this level of quality and attention to detail these days. Our kitchen finally feels complete, and every guest who walks in comments on the hood. Took 6 months longer to deliver than…

Took 6 months longer to deliver than promised. They built our range hood with the wrong dimensions, will not fix the issue. You can not speak to anyone in person, terrible process and service!!

Sent wrong item, didn’t respond to requests for correction.

I ordered a queen hand-carved headboard. I received a full-size. I contacted the company multiple times and received no response as to how to exchange it. I tried to have PayPal resolve the issue and Myrustica responded with a request I send the headboard to POLAND at my expense. After no effort was made on the company’s part to resolve the issue, I filed with Visa- providing all emails and photos. After two months of no response to Visa by Myrustica, Visa credited me the purchase amount and I paid a fine craftsman the same amount as the headboard cost to redo the headboard to make it fit. Now, after no customer service contact for six months, I regularly receive threatening emails from Bogdan. From reading other reviews here, it seems they regularly send wrong items and do not resolve the issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND any purchase from this company. I gave 1 star because the WRONG headboard was beautifully made by someone.

0 stars. Do not do not do not order from this company. Wow what a headache. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We paid $700 to ship our custom hood to us and when we opened it- DAMAGED- Each email to and from them I am more and more surprised by the lack of customer service. This isn’t our problem we didn’t ask for a broken range hood and poor packaging when shipped now we are having to find a repairman and they are taking zero responsibility.

Range hoodWhat an awful experience! Spent $4,300 on a range hood. The product was poorly packaged, it was in a pallet box with no styrofoam. The shipping company dropped it off in our grass, did not have us sign anything. Once opened we discovered it was extremely damaged. The company is not doing anything!

Poor customer service

I ordered a copper range hood from them. You cannot speak them them, it must be done via email. They say this is to insure there are no errors. I gave then the model number of the fan insert. They made the range hood for an insert that was 6 inches deeper, x 48 inches. They said they were sorry, and would pay for me to have a local fabricator make a stainless steel insert to make up the difference. When I sent Rustic house the invoice for the stainless steel, they never paid it. The hood is beautiful, but very unprofessional that you can't speak to any one. EverMike

I actually give them no stars but…

I actually give them no stars but couldn’t otherwise give a review. Do Not Order from them! I ordered a sink from them at great expense. They never actually got back to me to answer any questions and I NEVER received my order! My money was essentially stolen! Extremely unhappy and if it weren’t for the a Covid-19 outbreak I would sue!

Decided not to order from here

Decided not to order from here . I emailed questions about an item and got a rude reply with very matter a fact wording. Ami was still left with many of the same questions. If it starts bad it will end bad. They may want to work on customer service and having more information on the product if they don’t want to be asked questions

I bought 7 faucets...1 didn't work...

I bought 7 faucets...1 didn't work.... after 10+ calls and the run around.... they said it was past the year warranty..... I bought to rough in during construction.... there was no way to know.... now I need to replace with no refund!!! Stay away!!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!
