I bought a pair of riding boots online. The advertising was very misleading so I was expecting 'good quality leather'. What arrived was cheap looking, plasticky and synthetic. I have tried to return using the 30day returns but after. my initial email contact all other emails have bounced back and the telephone number doesn't work. Be very wary of buying from this company. The advertising is misleading. The customer service is appalling. The 30day returns policy is seemingly impossible to use as there is no returns address or working contact details by phone or email.
