Like many others, I've fallen victim to this scam. The website claimed to be a shop in London planning to shut down, complete with a photo of a supposed storefront. However, the image used was from a location in Milan, which should have raised red flags. I will be canceling my order and reaching out to my credit card provider for a refund. As another reviewer wisely pointed out, instead of getting upset, seek retribution.
I ordered two plaid shirts that arrived today. They fit well, but there's no label at the back. They were advertised as fleece-lined, yet they feel more like a duvet cover. I've just seen other reviews and realized this is a scam. Regulatory authorities should intervene to stop this fraudulent trading. At least my items arrived, but they aren't worth the £45 each; more like £15 at best. THIS MUST BE STOPPED!
I sent numerous emails; do not buy from this company. It's not even based in London but in China. I've lost my money, the product hasn't arrived after a month, and they won't issue a refund. I've been cheated right before the holidays; this seller should be banned.
This is a premeditated criminal operation. You will not receive what you expect, only subpar items. However, don't lose hope; contact your bank, dispute the transaction, and get your money back immediately, regardless of whether you used a credit or debit card. The seller will not contest the chargeback, so instead of getting mad, get even.

There is absolutely no way to return items. The phone number doesn't work, and the email address is also non-functional, yet you are directed to both for obtaining a returns label. Therefore, my advice is to avoid buying anything from this seller. I wouldn't even rate it one star. I received boots that were clearly not the ones shown during my selection.
