Not good. Ordered a pair of shoes on line (sliders ) which are not suitable . Initially email came to notify despatch activated but nothing received . Sent email to query delay and someone replied very late at night to apologise with promise to resolve and eventually shoes arrived. Unfortunately not suitable , but No paperwork included in the parcel . Lots of detail on line about returns policy but no address. Emailed for help twice with no response . Tried the telephone number on the web which is not in use . Now returning the item to an address in the Netherlands . Shoes were decent quality , just not fitting as expected . Suggest do not purchase on line and visit store in person
