However, you didn't acknowledge any of my emails including the request for cancellation as per your T&C. There is no customer service or person to take complaints and solve issues here in the UK. I am still waiting for the goods, tracking hasn't changed much and you are silent. Your company is far from compliant retail breaching so many laws. Shame on you. I hope the government took banned distance selling and practices like your operational model. I normally check the businesses before purchasing, but unfortunately, not this time. The business is non-compliant with the UK law in all shapes and forms. I was under the impression that I was purchasing from a UK company, but I was not. Only found out when I received the tracking number ending CN. They should have made it clear before the consumer made the decision to do the transaction. The company is misleading consumers by not making it clear that it is a China-based company and that the items are shipped from there. There is no UK company, nor stock here. They are of poor quality, and you will be lucky if you receive the item. Please report to Trading Standards.
