Trustpilot needs to add the option to give zero stars. This so-called company should be utterly ashamed of themselves. I ordered some winter 'riding boots' allegedly reduced to £39.99 from £71.00. They took 6 weeks to finally arrive. The customer service have me lie after lie about the courier who, when I contacted them had never heard of my order. I went back to Mysa several Tim's over tge next month who then said they would have to reorder, even though I asked them to cancel and refund. They said they couldn't as the reorder was already being processed. Then I magically had an email from the courier to say it was received. When the boots arrived they were in a dirty plastic bag, folder over. The buckle was so thin I could have snapped it with two fingers. The soles were ridiculously flimsy considering these are advertised as winter waterproof riding boots. They are NOT riding boots, the sole is not smooth. The stitching is all over the place. Must have cost £2.50 to produce. CERTAINLY not waterproof as the zip runs right down to the sole at the back. No tags so I can't even tell you where they were made (but we can guess). Reviews on their website LOOK like they are from Trustpilot, but nowhere does it say so, and all written with correct spelling and grammar which tells you they are either fake or sponsored . This company should be shut down and prosecuted.UPDATE- MYSA replied below. However, I have given them every opportunity to 'resolve' the matter and they have so far ignored all my correspondence.
