I wish I could give this company ZERO stars.Mysa London is based in the Netherlands. I ordered the item believing the business to be based in the UK. They have taken a registered company name (without Ltd) which was a hairdressing and beauty company based in London, now in receivership. My pullover took nearly a month to arrive. It bore no resemblance to the item I had ordered so I requested a refund. I was offered 15% of the value - £3.89 then subsequently £7.79 as a final offer. I countered that as the contract was made in the UK I was entitled to a full refund also, according the Distance Selling Regulations’When an overseas company misrepresents itself as being UK-based it is engaging in misleading commercial practice which is a breach of UK consumer law.’Funnily enough they have declined to answer any further emails. Total waste of money, nasty, over priced, shoddy goods - AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!
