Diabolical experience with this sham of a company who are nothing but crooks and should not be allowed to advertise under false pretences. They state they are London based but they are not. I ordered two sweaters from them as birthday gifts. They didn’t turn up despite paid for. After numerous emails and saying I was reporting them to Trading Standards I get a parcel sent last week containing a very poor quality jumper that is both the wrong size and colour in via Evri. No returns label or even item label on jumper. Awful quality. The delivery tracking code alerted me that this was from Mysa- London. I have requested a returns label and a full refund but not heard anything. I don’t think I will and will be reporting this company to Trading Standards and to my bank. Avoid these crooks at all costs. Companies like this are completely misleading and dishonest and tighter monitoring given all the negative reviews needs to be made. They should be banned. Their response is laughable. It is not genuine and no action has been taken by them. I have sent over 20 emails to them about my issues- all blatantly ignored. Avoid this company
