Omg!!! Bargepole!!!This company is just terrible to deal with. I ordered a trench coat from what I thought was a UK website. It took forever to arrive, and it didn't fit. It also wasn't anything like the photos showed so I contacted them to ask how to send it back and they refused to give me an address until I'd shown them photos of the item, and then they gave me the return address. China. I can't even imagine how protracted it would be to try and send it back and whether they'd even admit they got it back, if it did find its way back there. They offered me a 25% refund and to keep a cheaply made coat that doesn't fit me and looks awful (how very generous) because they realised the difficulties involved returning an item to China, which I would have to pay for. I told them make it 50% so I wouldn't feel COMPLETELY ripped off, and they never responded. Nor have they to my second email asking them for an update on that. The company is an absolute SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. DON'T GIVE THEM A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY! I wish I'd checked the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned.
