BASED IN CHINA!!!- Orders take forever to turn up- Delivered by unknown courier- The return address is China- You will be offered some money to keep your cheap item(s)- You WILL chase & chase for months- You will NOT get your money backThey try to rely on their T&Cs, which are non-existent & hide the fact that this company is based in China.They send fictitious screenshots of refunds.I have been chasing my refund for 4 months.You WILL be left with cheap items, no refund & a deep regret that you have been conned by this ‘company’.The website should be shut down - the only way to stop other people being mis-sold the rubbish on this website.UPDATE…STILL awaiting my compensation!! (20 December 2025). Latest email stated:“Thank you for your patience. I sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your refund. We are currently facing an issue that has caused an unexpected delay in completing the transaction. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, and we greatly appreciate your continued understanding. Rest assured, we are actively working to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Once the refund has been successfully processed, we will notify you immediately. In the meantime, we deeply appreciate your patience. If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you once again for your understanding. Warm regards,SophieCustomer Support Team”Shameless - this company is a Chinese fraud based ‘entity’, selling crap, taking your money and never providing the refund they promise.
