There is absolutely no way to return items. The phone number doesn't work, and the email address is also non-functional, yet you are directed to both for obtaining a returns label. Therefore, my advice is to avoid buying anything from this seller. I wouldn't even rate it one star. I received boots that were clearly not the ones shown during my selection.
