I initially wanted just numbing but opted for anesthesia instead. When I was in the chair, they quoted me $12,000, which I contested as incorrect! I spoke with a representative who seemed to think I was mistaken. I pointed out my signed documents, but she insisted that the dentist I had a contract with no longer worked there. I was told to return in January without a scheduled appointment. It felt chaotic and unprofessional.
