Fraudulent billing practices.

They have committed fraudulent billing. Charged me for a partial bridge and billed my insurance as well. They didn’t complete the work and now claim a refund will take 8 weeks. I have to dispute this with my bank and report it to consumer protection. All I want is my money back and my insurance charges reversed.

Extremely disappointing experience!

My experience was awful! I received two identical estimates. On the day of my extraction, the initial estimate jumped from $12,000 to $22,000. I initially wanted just numbing but opted for anesthesia instead. When I was in the chair, they quoted me $12,000, which I contested as incorrect! I spoke with a representative who seemed to think I was mistaken. I pointed out my signed documents, but she insisted that the dentist I had a contract with no longer worked there. I was told to return in January without a scheduled appointment. It felt chaotic and unprofessional.

Fraudulent practices and unfulfilled services.

They have engaged in fraudulent billing. Charged me $985 for a partial bridge and billed my insurance too. They didn’t perform the work and are claiming that a refund will take 8 weeks. Now I have to dispute this with my bank and report it to the Better Business Bureau. I also plan to file a fraud complaint with the insurance provider. All I want is my money back and a reversal of the insurance charges.

Misleading promotions and poor treatment.

Three days ago, I contacted the service to inquire about braces. They invited me for a free exam and X-rays for new patients, along with discounts on braces. However, when I arrived today, I was told I needed to pay $750 upfront or purchase a membership for $149. I was taken aback, as I thought I was only there for a check-up. The staff member spoke rudely and said, “We can’t assist you.” I felt disrespected and deceived regarding their advertised offers. I would not recommend this place.

Unprofessional and disrespectful treatment.

I visited to retrieve a lost night guard and faced insults regarding my background and accent. They suggested extracting all my teeth, and when I wanted to schedule an appointment later, they refused to make the night guard. The lack of respect and professionalism was shocking. I am baffled at how they maintain their licenses as healthcare providers.

Questionable billing practices.

Avoid this practice! Their confusing billing practices led to a collection notice sent to me, despite having a zero balance confirmed by the office staff. This raises serious concerns about their operations. I reported this to corporate. Stay away!

The worst dental experience imaginable.

This was truly the worst dental experience I've encountered. I had to switch practices due to insurance changes and would advise anyone to steer clear of this place. My appointment was at 8 AM, and the office was still locked at 8:04 AM. The small waiting area couldn’t accommodate all the scheduled patients. The dentist arrived late, and after waiting for over 20 minutes, I was told I needed to redo X-rays that had been sent from my previous office. They claimed they hadn’t received them. I refused to comply with their demands and left after wasting an hour.

Uncomfortable and untrustworthy environment.

I have never felt more uneasy at a dental office. The approach to care seemed deceptive, and I was told things that had never been mentioned in my dental history. I decided to take my X-rays and leave. I would advise avoiding this practice.

Inconsistent and untrustworthy care.

I had a troubling experience with the dentist, who initially claimed I had no cavities but then later diagnosed me with cavities. He seemed more interested in selling services than providing honest care. After pulling a tooth that was not infected, they discarded it without showing it to me. I filed a complaint with a consumer protection agency, but the company just shifted blame. They are expensive and prioritize selling unnecessary treatments. If you value your money, avoid this practice.

Disorganized and poorly managed office.

The office is very disorganized. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone only to be incorrectly informed that my grandson’s bill was paid in full. After multiple calls, the office manager claimed they were too busy to provide a statement, which is simply unacceptable. I was going to refer someone else, but I’ve changed my mind.
