If I can give them a zero I would. Someone one said in a review they are like a used car dealer. I totally agree. It’s the worst dental office I have been too. It’s a total sham, they supposedly took a full mouth X-ray and gave me a paper copy of my dental films. Stated I had 3 cracked tooth. But nothing showing on the actual X-ray. X-rays are supposed to be films. Not paper copies. I actually did not have any cracked tooth. I went in for a simple cleaning, and was presented a 4,000.00 bill. Before I knew it my tooth was ripped out and a temporary, put in. I had nothing but problems with the temporary, which caused an infection. They would not clean my teeth. Unless I had a deep cleaning. The dentist plopped my permanent tooth in and left. Next thing I know I am signing a form saying they are not responsible for the problems after wards. I would have to pay for any adjustments, or future visits concerning the crown. The dentist did not even check my bite. My bite is too high. She plopped it in and left. They did not even instruct me how to use my night guard. You’ll regret it the day you step in that office. But, they are overall a money pit. Some of the staff are genuinely good. But, they have to follow their protocol. I feel betrayed by Sage Dental. I read reviews on google, I guess those were fake. Until I ran into trust pilot. Then I realized I had made a terrible mistake by going to them. I have had nothing but pains since I had the permanent cap in. Had the dentist spent a few mins explaining to me that she had ground down the bone between my teeth. I would have been able to avoid an Infected gum. Since Feb 5th is when my permanent was put in, my cheek bone is swollen across my face and to the temple and ear. I have to go back on antibiotics.
