Sedgwick might be the worst company I have ever dealt with.When boiler started leaking, I rang the emergency line and the agent failed to log the details of the call. Had to ring back the following morning to get the issue logged again. Once a contractor was sent to the property, he isolated and the issue and ordered replacement part. While waiting for the part, the issue became worst and ultimately the boiler was left beyond repair with water damage in the house. Claims are apparently processed through an app but it was beyond the capabilities of the company’s staff to send the app link.Terrible company, terrible service. Avoid at all costs.
