I paid for the $9 upgrade at MySign Studio and expected a professional, timely service. Instead, I received delays, automated tutorials, and constant upsell attempts that made the process feel like a scam. The lack of human support caused me to miss my deadline, and when I raised my concerns, my “personal manager” Alice never addressed them directly — only pushed more products.On top of that, when I tried to purchase another add-on, the site kept giving me error messages, yet they still pressured me to buy another signature at an added cost. Other customers in my situation have received refunds, but I was not given the same consideration. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend this service.
