"The service was great and definitely exceeded my expectations. The team was friendly and responsive, which I really appreciated. The only challenge was that I needed more clarification on how to do what they were asking, so it took a bit more effort on my end. With clearer instructions, it would’ve been perfect. Took us some time, several emails back and forth, waiting for parts, etc. to resolve the issue but the team had patience with me and I with them and we worked through the issues.
