I signed up for this so called casino and was easy. I deposited £1500 in two installments and I lost. I deposited £2000 again and win back my £1500. The drama begins as I request for a withdrawal. On my first attempt they asked me to verify my identity and proof of address Idid and was quick. On my second attempt they asked to verify my bank card and I did that as well. On the third attempt they asked me for a video verification as a selfie and to pronounce my name, my username, the date and the the name of their site. All this process took me 8 days and today they transferred £3401.45 into my account instead of £3500. They charged me almost 100 quids for transfer which is not justified in any way. What a scam. If you are a British player be careful. my simple advice don't trust these thugs. I know that so called casino manager will reply and try to justify how they scam me but sorry to say you don't deserve to be called a casino.
