Really big scam. No wins at all. I just contacted all games providers to check if they are licencensed or not by them. I think no because all games are manipulated by them. Every deposit you have one win, then spin by spin to zero. Mystake casino have no moral rules. They are fully of scam!
Right, you are probably here maybe cos you are yet to play with Mystake or you have just requested withdrawal and are worried about receiving it.
I was in the same position, these are my thoughts from playing with MyStake
These guys have a really good safety index on Casino Gurus, and you will be hard worked to find a legitimate claim they do not pay out. Only instances I could find were from people who made multiple accounts (DONT DO THIS) or didn’t read the T&Cs in a bonus they applied to their deposit.
I have won big and withdrawal was processed after verifying my ID and address. In my opinion, the bonuses are not good. You could deposit for example £100 get 25% bonus and have to wager that £25 30x which is not worth it as it causes issues with withdrawal (this is all in the T&Cs if you read them).
Final thoughts:
Do not make multiple accounts to receive numerous sign up offers, don’t use the bonuses in general (my opinion). The games are good and pay out is actually better than I’ve had on mainstream sites. The live chat is also really helpful and responsive at all hours of the night. Really enjoyed my time using Mystake thank you!
Il be honest I really like the sports betting options and the casino. Deposited £150 without bonuses and won over £800. Verified my account and tried to withdraw. They then blocked me and said they won’t give me any winnings but I can have my last deposit of £100 back. Live chat said they decided to close my account as a company but I could withdraw my winnings. Now on email they are saying I have duplicate accounts. I have never had an account here before. They fully verified me and then took my winnings. Avoid
Has anybody ever made a successful withdrawal? I've deposited over £500 tried to withdraw £1500 4 occasions now within 24hours they send me a email and reject the withdrawal all my details and every are 100% up to date and correct definitely 100% a scam
If you deposit money with this casino, you are not simply gambling with an unlicensed offshore site. You are actively sending money to what independent financial crime investigators have formally identified as "Europe's Most Sophisticated Illegal Gambling Network." That is not an opinion. That is the documented finding of FinTelegram, a respected financial crime intelligence organisation, published in a full compliance report on Santeda International B.V. — the company that owns and operates this site along with Rolletto, Velobet, MyStake, GoldenBet, CosmoBet and DonBet.
These are not separate businesses. They share the same company, the same corporate registration, the same infrastructure, and the same Curaçao licence (OGL/2024/1798/1048). They are one criminal operation wearing six different masks. Whichever brand brought you here, you are dealing with exactly the same organisation.
Here is how they steal from you without you noticing:
They do not process your deposits under their own name. Instead they route every transaction through a rotating network of 15 fake foreign merchant names — including DOCEAN, SYVISION, BLITSTRIKE, XOR VISUAL LAYER, ZNTRQ, ILVMNL, CHSWAPPER, HEXO LAND and others. These names are specifically chosen to look like technology or software companies so you cannot identify gambling charges on your bank statement, cannot trigger your bank's Gambling Block, and cannot easily raise disputes. FinTelegram documents this practice as bank fraud, payment processing fraud, and anti-money laundering violations.
It gets worse. Because every one of these processors is registered as a foreign merchant, your bank applies a foreign transaction fee on top of every single deposit. You are being charged extra, repeatedly, without any disclosure. The more you deposit, the more you haemorrhage in hidden fees — all flowing into the same criminal network.
You can't even play half the games you deposited for.
Because this network operates without a UK Gambling Commission licence, a significant number of casino games are blocked and unavailable to UK players — banned by the game providers themselves who refuse to allow their content to be served through unlicensed operators in regulated jurisdictions. You will find yourself staring at a library of games you simply cannot access after handing over your money.
What does their customer service tell you when you raise this? Rather than acknowledging that the site is operating illegally and cannot legitimately offer these games to you, they actively encourage you to use a VPN to bypass the regional restrictions. Let that sink in. A company's official customer support is advising you to break the law to access content that is banned in your jurisdiction. Using a VPN to circumvent geographic gambling restrictions is illegal under UK law, puts your personal data at serious risk, and voids any remaining terms and conditions you might otherwise rely on to protect yourself. They do not care. They want your money and they will tell you whatever it takes to get it.
This network has no UK Gambling Commission licence. It does not comply with British financial law. It does not comply with British consumer protection law. The Australian government has issued formal warnings against them. Multiple regulatory and law enforcement complaints have been filed across jurisdictions.
When players raise complaints, they are met with identical template refusals from compliance staff instructed to deny everything. No evidence is engaged with. No regulations are acknowledged. The operation is designed from the ground up to take your money and make it as difficult as possible to get back.
Before you consider depositing, go to Google and search: "FinTelegram Santeda International illegal gambling network" — read every word of that report and ask yourself whether you are comfortable putting your money there.
Every deposit you make funds bank fraud. Every deposit you make funds money laundering. Every deposit you make funds a network that regulators across multiple countries are actively investigating.
Do not deposit. Tell everyone you know not to deposit. If you have already deposited, contact your bank immediately and request a chargeback on the grounds of merchant fraud and foreign transaction misrepresentation.
You are not a customer here. You are a target.

Warning: This site is a scam—and Trustpilot is partly to blame.
Do NOT deposit here. No license, impossible wagering requirements, and every game is rigged with bots. They let you win once, then drain everything.
What makes this worse is Trustpilot. The whole point of the platform is to guide people toward reliable businesses—but scam sites like this exploit it to look legitimate. Fake reviews boost their “ratings,” fooling honest players. If Trustpilot did even the simplest checks—license verification, payout fairness—these scams wouldn’t appear. Instead, the platform acts like a scam market, giving predators a shortcut to victims.
Any review claiming a good experience is false. Protect yourself: stay far away, and don’t trust ratings here blindly. Trustpilot needs to take responsibility—it’s enabling scams.
This platform is a scam. My bets were legitimate, but my withdrawals were denied multiple times. The last time they denied it, they told me I needed to submit a video verification, which I did as requested. Then when I tried to withdraw again, they just deducted all my money and said I had violated the rules. I didn't violate any rules at all, and they couldn't provide any evidence of me breaking the rules. They just took my money without a second thought. Everyone should stay away from this scam platform.
Safe to say this is the first and last time spending my money on mystake, after depositing £300+ into the website I used a promo code, after using the promo code I got up to £80 and the bonus stated that I had to wager the £80 30x until the bonus was completed and I could withdraw, I sat there for hours constantly playing so I could get to the 30x wager so I could withdraw my funds, I finally did so and I got my funds upto £551 and I proceeded to withdraw with sepa, after waiting and constantly checking my banking app to see if the sum of money had landed in my back I had and email saying that they have deducted £450! From the winnings and had left me with a disappointing £100 after playing hours on end to fit the criteria of the wager, completely took the funds off of my Acount instead of leaving it on my balance so I could still use, absolutely vanished I strongly recommend if you come across this site do not waste your time and money very bad experience would not recommend, let’s see if they let me withdraw the £100 or take that from me too!
I signed up for this so called casino and was easy. I deposited £1500 in two installments and I lost. I deposited £2000 again and win back my £1500. The drama begins as I request for a withdrawal. On my first attempt they asked me to verify my identity and proof of address Idid and was quick. On my second attempt they asked to verify my bank card and I did that as well. On the third attempt they asked me for a video verification as a selfie and to pronounce my name, my username, the date and the the name of their site. All this process took me 8 days and today they transferred £3401.45 into my account instead of £3500. They charged me almost 100 quids for transfer which is not justified in any way. What a scam. If you are a British player be careful. my simple advice don't trust these thugs. I know that so called casino manager will reply and try to justify how they scam me but sorry to say you don't deserve to be called a casino.
