These guys have a really good safety index on Casino Gurus, and you will be hard worked to find a legitimate claim they do not pay out. Only instances I could find were from people who made multiple accounts (DONT DO THIS) or didn’t read the T&Cs in a bonus they applied to their deposit.
I have won big and withdrawal was processed after verifying my ID and address. In my opinion, the bonuses are not good. You could deposit for example £100 get 25% bonus and have to wager that £25 30x which is not worth it as it causes issues with withdrawal (this is all in the T&Cs if you read them).
Final thoughts:
Do not make multiple accounts to receive numerous sign up offers, don’t use the bonuses in general (my opinion). The games are good and pay out is actually better than I’ve had on mainstream sites.
