UPDATE: After my review, I got a response indicating my subscription was canceled. I still stand by my review; I struggled to cancel it, and I assume it was done by the company after my feedback. During my 9-month subscription, I had to raise complaints twice: once due to poor stitching on a shirt and another time for receiving a duplicate shirt intended as a Christmas gift for my son. The replacement process was not seamless, and overall, my experience has been quite problematic.
