Hello, i have been a client for more than a year, and this month when i collected my t-shirt i need to pay extra charge of in order to allow me in the office to have the package. I ask for the reason in the services and the just stopped my subscription. Thank you

I attempted to cancel my subscription but couldn't find the option online, even with an account. I emailed them but haven't received a reply. UPDATE: After my review, I got a response indicating my subscription was canceled. I still stand by my review; I struggled to cancel it, and I assume it was done by the company after my feedback. During my 9-month subscription, I had to raise complaints twice: once due to poor stitching on a shirt and another time for receiving a duplicate shirt intended as a Christmas gift for my son. The replacement process was not seamless, and overall, my experience has been quite problematic.
I've been subscribed to the women's monthly box for nearly 3 years and often buy from their live sessions on a social platform. All shirts are authentic, and I've received some amazing ones over the years. I've recommended the service to many friends and family; definitely worth trying for great value.
I was extremely disappointed with the company and will not use them again. I ordered during a sale and specified teams to avoid, yet received a shirt that closely resembles one I wanted to avoid. This oversight shows a lack of understanding from a business that specializes in football shirts. The shirt was intended as a gift but was unacceptable to the recipient. They did apologize, but without a solution, it felt inadequate. Overall, a poor experience that I wouldn't recommend.
