This appears to be a money pit. I ordered a shirt as a gift for my son, who is 18. While it was the correct size, the neck opening was inexplicably too small, preventing him from wearing it. The shirt's body looked fine, but the neck hole seemed designed for a child. Clearly a result of poor manufacturing. They responded quickly via email and agreed to exchange it for a properly sized shirt. However, 10 days later, I'm still waiting for further instructions. Based on other reviews, this seems to be their usual pattern. I fear they may have gone out of business or are simply taking advantage of holiday shoppers.
